Liberty City Public Safety, or LCPS, is a police roleplay clan on Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony for PlayStation®3. We have innovative programs, such as CoL and the Dispatching Center, to provide a sense of realism and excitement you can only find at LCPS.
